Me in various stages of hair

My name is Donn Morrison. I enjoy wearing pants. My parents named me Donn. That's Don-with-two-Ns. I believe Donn to be an Irish name meaning "both 'brown' and 'chief'". That's me, old Donn Brown Chief. Also, Donn was the Celtic god of the dead and lived on an island off of the coast of Munster, the southern-most province in Ireland ^[1]. In fact, "sometimes he is seen riding on a white horse on stormy nights, when people would exclaim: 'Donn is galloping in the clouds tonight'" ^[2]. My middle name is Alexander. Apparently when I was small I used to mistake it for Alligator.

I am interested in cross-country and downhill cycling, rock climbing, swimming, foraging for wild mushrooms and berries, electronics and hacking things, gardening, Lego, reptiles and amphibians, sewing and building stuff, cats and sometimes dogs, travel with Jennifer, photography and photographer's rights, Scrabble, making pancakes, wearing flip-flops for as many seasons as possible, fly fishing...

I don't like growing nose hairs.
